Before their was THE ROCKETEER Lenticular SteelBook Edition, there was the original edition. Exactly the same minus the lenti magnet, this SteelBook featured iconic art to The Rocketeer. The only hiccup would that be the art not extending to the edges. It also had embossed title treatment on a matte SteelBook case. Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you. STARSHIP TROOPERS is shown here for a little fun behind-the-scenes factoid. It was a royal pain to get the art approved that was chosen for this ROCKETEER release, so to smooth things over, this STARSHIP TROOPERS steel was made with no fuss if Zavvi could have their way with the art they wanted for THE ROCKETEER. Originally, it was to be the art that is/was widely used on Amaray releases.
