Is this edition the unrated extended directors cut or the theatrical version?

I know back on page 9 of this thread someone posted this editions extras and info but i can not find anywhere on the release stating what cut of the movie it is.

I have the USA edition which has the extended directors cut that runs for 110 minutes but this mondo x version only runs for 108 minutes.

Could anyone please help out with the source that tells us which one it is.

This is the US uncut version. From what I know there is no 110 minutes version.
And the difference in theatrical and uncut was just 5 seconds

Wow only 5 seconds longer not really what you could call a director's cut - then probably really adds nothing to the story line.

Time then to put my unopened USA version of the film up for sale.
