I still haven't received my replacement and it's been more than 5 weeks which was the maximum estimate initially by the customer service person.
For anyone who has received a replacement, what was the condition of the replacement? was the warping gone? was the steelbook packaged carefully?

well, I get a complete new sealed copy. my new copy has warping, but not as much as the previous one. the packaging was as bad as always ...blufans still have to learn how to ship steelbooks.

I just finally received my replacement, end to end it took 3 months from complaint to receiving the replacement.
My replacement is in great condition, possibly also because they went overboard on the packaging to keep it safe.
