I am not sure, but when peeps started getting this from Amazon.jp it was like almost 100 shipped.
It's G2 sized - I have a copy.
If you bought T2 1.0 steelbook from amazon.co.jp today, just by itself, it would cost you about $70+/- shipped.
Might be a good candidate to combine with the new Iron Man steelbook.

The video on the discs is the same but the 2.0 Disc has DTS-HD Master Audio, whereas the 1.0 "only" has DD True-HD
Most of this is from memory, so sorry in advance if I mess this up.
T2 1.0 had an initial defective batch of discs and had to be recalled.
T2 2.0 is the reissue with different sound mix on the disc and same video.
I believe the steelbook cases are the same, just the 2.0 version has a black slip cover.
I've never seen an open 2.0 since it's so valuable on the re-sale market.
I acquired a 2.0 version for a friend once, but passed it along. I currently only have the 1.0 version and it's sealed.
