Thailand releases has exactly what you'd mentioned: both steelbook and amaray releases come with lenticular card on slipbox...

not bad.. would be actually quite good without the uhd banner, but i still like it.. where can we get this? checked yesasia, but signs of it

totally agreed i really don't like slips with banners either (i missed Fox slip banner-less blu-rays... sigh...)

I didn’t see this anywhere else too which is strange, cause Thailand barely has anything exclusively, their online website links are here:

Steelbook Edition ($50.05 sold out atm) (we're not rich country by any stretch but oh, boy our physical medias are crazy expensive lol)

i never ordered from them so i don't know how their packing would be but i guess they'd ship internationally since they have US$ prices...

yeah, i‘ve noticed that physical media is lot more expensive in asia than here in europe... i think thats part of the reason why so many asian retailers create premium editions... the movies are already expensive so to add some paper extras and booklets only adds a relatively small percentage of costs to the whole package...

damn, wanted the steelbook edition :(
