There is exactly one Steelbook (All the President's Men) at 5,99. Most of them are 20 - 35 $, so amazon seems to be the better deal.

There were 6-8 $5.99 digibooks, and probably some that were not listed as digibook, so it was a pretty good deal. But they sold out quickly. The customer service takes forever, the shipping outside US is expencive. The TCM shop is about as customer friendly as Zavvi, and at least Zavvi are reasonable when it comes to shipping charges. I suggest you keep looking at Amazon, their digibook prices changes constantly at the moment (Clash of the Titans is only $5, several are $7.50)
