Great choice for a director if you ask me!

Although I'm personally not a big fan of him, I saw rumours a while back saying that they were hoping to cast Charlie Hunnam as Snake. I also originally read that this was meant to be a prequel rather than a remake/reboot... don't know how true all of that is though, if at all.

If its a prequel, it could work. We never really saw Snake gain his infamous reputation. He was just a bad-ass from Escape from New York.

Regarding who plays him, they should consider stars like Norman Reedus, Jeremy Renner or even Joel Edgerton.

He's a good choice to direct but i say get Russell back for snake lol


I assume he will have a cameo anyway

Russell's too old to play him unless it's an old man's tale like Logan
