Such a no-brainer as far as anime releases are concerned ...due to the heavy american involvement in production (english language, star voice talent, hip-hop soundtrack ect).

The complete collection of the anime adventure series featuring the voice of Samuel L. Jackson. In the original 2007 series 'Afro Samurai', black samurai Afro Samurai (Jackson) is looking for revenge against a man named Justice (Ron Perlman) who murdered his father. Justice just happens to be the #1 fighter in the world, and after Afro earns the rank of #2 fighter, which is needed to challenge the #1, he begins his lonely quest for revenge.

The feature-length sequel, 'Afro Samurai: Resurrection' (2009), sees Afro (Jackson) forced back into the game by Sio (Lucy Liu), a beautiful but deadly woman from his past.

lol .....this anime also seems kinda underrated? ....which is bizarre considering the production values. Goddamm i want this one in steel! :drool:

It always seems to be overlooked but perhaps that is because of the high production values?
Hoping this one gets plenty of votes, certainly deserves them

^^^ yeah it might be cuz of the heavy US involvement in this one... some anime purists might not like the fact that there are no Japanese language option for example….. Funny thing is this aint nothin new as the same thing was done for the anime "Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust" :cool:
