This was my initial thought, although they originally altered the date to 10th Nov and then 17th Nov shortly afterwards. Why go through the trouble of altering the date if they intended it to be released a few days later?

Alternatively, it could be a system error which has automatically sent out dispatch eMails because the original release date has passed...
