That's two steelbooks I've now preordered and then canceled. Just bought the regular amaray/slip, because I can't wait to watch this one again. I will gladly double-dip if BF or HDZ will do their magic with a WEA.

Hmm kind of expected that after the recently updated mock-up... what a shame.

I don't understand this. At a certain point in the process (and maybe from the beginning), Zavvi must know that the steelbook is going to be silver. So why do they so often show a white mock-up for a silver steelbook? And if white is such a difficult color to use on steelbooks (I assume because it takes more coats to completely cover the metal?), why do people design steelbooks that are meant to be white but then have to be silver?

eOne's previous UK steelbooks have been pretty decent though.

Arrival is a eOne movie in UK (while in EU it's Sony), eOne is a local UK distributor, and its BDs are usually region locked (just like all local distributors all over the Europe)

This steelbook is different from all other EU releases for the same reason: in UK it's a eOne movie, while in EU it's a Sony movie.
