To be honest, it's my least favorite Jane Austen film. If the whole package wasn't so impeccable + combined shipping with Imitation Game wasn't in play, I probably would have skipped it.

I thought my girlfriend would be ok with my ordering this chick flick but, unfortunately, she hates Anne Hathaway. I'm going to get it anyway. The total package is just to die for. Boy, I sounded a little swishy there, didn't I?

@nafosb Most of us who like the film, don't like it for Anne Hathaway. In fact, she was the only one in the film who was dreadfully miscast, the others were actually brilliant.
And I'd say it's quite a proper period film, not a 'regular' chick flick (hate those)
