yep. Apparently this has tbe same 3D transfer as the European 3D disc, only Dolby Digital no HD audio track
US and UK discs should have True HD tracks

They are great editions but the prices are crazy now on ebay! If you don't manage to get them at cost you usually have to pay a high mark up with sought after movies like this. By the way Welcome to the forum! I hope you are enjoying Ninja week

i tried to compare with Disney's Dolby Atmouse and it's like night and day lol
