Blank Steelbook?

A while ago Amazon sold some blank steelbooks in G1 size. I was wondering if anything like these exist for G2 size. Or if there's like a G2 prototype/demo that was made.

A while ago Amazon sold some blank steelbooks in G1 size. I was wondering if anything like these exist for G2 size. Or if there's like a G2 prototype/demo that was made.

I remember those, I tried to find the post but I remember @Wreck said there was a reason scanavo stoppped making them. I believe it had something to do with preventing fake steelbooks or studio approval but I'm not positive.
