Nice, has the same front art as my dad's VHS, although it was called Re-animator 2 over here, tempted but then I would feel like I would have to get Society as well

Missing out the integral version it seems...?

Missing out the integral version it seems...?
The integral version was exclusive to arrow video 3 disc limited edition digipack release

It was not included with the amaray release and is also why it's not included with the steelbook because it was exclusive to the Arrow video 3 disc limited edition release

Yes, definitely a lesser release when compared to Second Sight's steelbook for the first film which has the Integral Cut - or Extended Version - on disc #2 . . . even though that release doesn't have a booklet.

BRIDE artwork definitely inferior too when compared to the great Graham Humphreys' work used for the RE-ANIMATOR steelbook front together with the interesting back artwork which is "animated' when you tilt it

Dude with up-pointed syringe artwork looks fine but more suited to and more recognisable as the artwork for the original film with most of the similar images for BRIDE showing, well, the bride (lol)
. . . and all poster variants of the day show the bride included in the design too.
Maybe from a design point of view the bride was considered superfluous - and I can see that the design works better without her - but the fact remains that the BRIDE OF RE-ANIMATOR steelbook is pinching artwork originally designed for RE-ANIMATOR..
Not the first time it's happened though as can be seen on the Tartan DVD U.K. release for example.

Does it really matter ? Of course not . . . well, not too much (lol)

Would have been PERFECT with this Graham Humphreys artwork to go with his artwork for the Second Sight steelbook for the first film and it's not as if Mr. Humphreys hasn't done a bunch of Arrow covers already including HIRED TO KILL, BLACK SABBATH, BLACK SUNDAY, BARON BLOOD, WILD GEESE, WHO DARES WINS, ZOMBIE FLESH EATERS, SPIDER BABY, SURF NAZIS, SISTERS, SUPER *****, THE NIGHT OF THE HUNTER, SLAUGHTER HIGH, MARK OF THE DEVIL, THE NIGHT CHILD, LISA AND THE DEVIL, INFERNO, MARK OF THE DEVIL, HELLGATE, THE GIRL WHO KNEW TOO MUCH, THE KENTUCVKY FRIED MOVIE, FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER, FRANKENHOOKER, ERIK THE VIKING, DELTA FORCE, COMBAT SHOCK, CLASS OF NUKE 'EM HIGH, BLOOD AND BLACK LACE (Amaray)., THE BURBS (Amaray)). Phew!
Shame Arrow didn't have the rights - or were too tight - to pay for this ------------------------------ to go with this:-

If I have the German double feature steelbook already, do I really need this? Lot of good stuff coming from Zavvi at the moment.
