but when i opened my cart then to check out,

Which method of delivery did you guys from the UK use? I went with K-packet for my order as that's what I usually use for my Kimchi orders, usually takes around a week or so and never been stung with custom charges and I have ordered 6-7 times.

I used k-packet to UK it hasn't arrived yet and tracking has said incheon for the last three days now any ideas is this the airport in Korea if so why was it scanned there 3 days ago surely it would be in UK by now?

Try to use your local service. In germany it helps to use dhl.de and fill in the tracking code

dhl doesn´t help at all.I have used it before and they do not update any scans
