The reason for 2 sides is so I can game or watch stuff while she can game or watch what she wants too.

I'm happy with the way it is right now.. was gonna invest in 5.1 but my gf doesn't like noise much and I have a pair of Astro A40's so there isn't really a need

What kind of HDTV's are those? They almost look like the LG Infinia series where the screen goes all the way to the edge of the glass. I have one on my living room setup but mine has a different stand but I don't use the stand as mine is mounted.

2 TV setup works well in your situation, looks very natural in that room. TVs look stylish too with the very thin bezels, really nice
