Cheapest slim 4+ disc steelbook?

I'm looking to acquire the cheapest possible steelbook that has the newer style plastic inside that fits up to 6 discs in the slim sized steelbooks. Like Game of Thrones. I want to slim down some of my older jumbos.

I'm also not against buying a used damaged steelbook, I'm only after the plastic insert.
