Collection Manager - no permission?

I tried to open the collection manager for the first time ever, i had updated Silverlight and its saying, that i dont have the rights, to view this application.
How to fix?

You should be able to view it now, I had to give you access to it.

As my collection is now getting a bit out of hand keeping track of what I have, I thought I'd look into this and I'm getting the same problem as the original poster. Do I need to be granted access as well? @AcIDc0r3 Thanks in advance.
