Thanks @paulboland, I did have this ordered with Amazon but cancelled when I found out there might not be a slip. You would have thought they would have to give some of the slips out to other stores though. It doesn't say exclusive and 2000 is a lot of slips if they are trying to sell them by themselves.

Yes the Slipcover it's not listed as exclusive to 88 Films going by their website

Though some previous releases the Limited Edition O-Card Slipcover have been exclusive with 88 Films and included other exclusive extra content on a DVD with Zombie Flesh Eaters 2 Blu-ray

Amazon-UK are hit and miss I find with slipcovers lot of the time you don't get one even with trade wide standard releases so for me even though it's cheaper not worth the risk to see if you get one
Yes 2,000 is a lot for this film but at least you can be sure if your order from 88 films direct you will get the slipcover and they have a reward points system similar to what arrow video have
