If I understood it correctly, it was removed from the FAC series and will be released on August just with a foil to protect it as a gift.
I was waiting for a FAC treatment but looks like it will not happen.
I already bought this as they put it on sale on their website.

Like @MrsRobinson said, that's a shame. I was really looking forward to this release. All Guillermo del Toro films deserve ultimate Blu-ray editions. I'm glad I bought the Korean one now.
