My favorite 1/4 slip (that I own) is probably Manta's Deadpool. It's just really nicely done, all-round. I don't own the 1/4 slips for Blufans' Moulin Rouge or Romeo + Juliet, though. I think they might be two of the best out there. Such gorgeous steels, it's a shame to keep them covered in a full slip!
