idk ... I mean looking at that GOTG now ... I know a lot of regular consumers (which out number the die hards) that are very happy with that edition. And now myself as a die hard am just happy to have it as an alternative. We should get Zesty to do a slip with the real walkman art haha ... let that slide over.

Wouldn't be hard but then I never really minded that original GOTG one. And I do like this one

The GOTG steel sucked, terrible execution, but this one looks kinda good actually. I dont mind it, especially now when it has a title.

I agree completely... hate the GOTG steel, but this one is looking really nice!

The GOTG steel would of been better if it was the actual Sony Walkman used in the movie. As it's not, it seems strange to design it that way, good idea - poorly executed.

No title on the spine!!! Are we 100% that the Zavvi steelbook will carry the title, as stated??

Am I seeing correctly and it doesn't have a title on the spine?

Then sadly I'm assuming other European editions don't have a spine title either, unlike Zavvi's which still states that the steelbook will have a title on the spine.

The Maleficent steel was a debacle beyond the title on spine issue

Stunning steelbook and in with a good chance of title "Steelbook of the Year".

Personally speaking prefer my spine etc. to look like the one from Spain with no title and with the tooled embossed old book look . . . but that's just me.

U.K. edition, as has been widely reported, will have the title on the spine unlike the rest of Europe BUT if that's the case the U.K. will have to have separate and exclusive spine plates as there's clearly no space for a title on that spine ^

I expect the front and back will be identical, ie all from the same print run, the spines can be added later when assembled, I hope..

it's not just this release that states 'This steelbook displays the title on the spine.', Rogue One and Moana both have the same description.

Maleficent was just a failure to update the final art, both Dr Strange and Moana are final. (Rogue One final art rumoured to be this week)
