I've only ever ordered amarays direct from arrow, and I think they were sent in standard jiffy bags.
Amazon sent the Hellraiser set in a box as that was quite large but I'm not sure how they will package Donny Darko as it looks smaller from the mock up.

I've put an order via amazon at the moment, but I may place an order via Arrow once pay day comes along.

And it's easy to cancel at Arrow? Do they refund or give you a credit? Thanks

Arrow Films ship in a box for Steelbooks and Slipcover Slipcase and Box Sets
They only use jiffy bags for standard amaray releases
This release is a slipcover slipcase box set

Amazon and Arrow Films best option to use for Shipping as they will ship in a box
Zavvi are risky as they will use a jiffy bag if it fits

Yes you can cancel an order if you want to
To cancel an order
You have to send an email with your order number and details of the order you want to cancel
[email protected]

They would then do a PayPal refund

Reminder though Arrow Films can sometimes ship 2-3 weeks before release date with customers who ordered direct but that has not been happening as much lately so you would need to take that into account if you want to cancel an order
They also not updating recently the order status when it's been shipped in your account but they still do send a email when your order is shipped

It's sadly too expensive at £35 for what it is :(
Amazon Price will drop to different price before release date they list the RRP price with new listings and later reduce the price at different stages
The RRP price is £34.99 Arrow Films have this listed as the RRP price
Most Retailers sell at a lower price than RRP price some do it straight away or before release date

Pre Order price promise will get you the lower price if you ordered before a price drop

Am I correct in thinking you can order this, receive points from Arrow, order again with points received and cancel the previous order? Seems a bit dodgy, I wouldn't want to miss this over points but that's interesting...

One of my fav movies with Jack Gyllenhaal. it was the first time I saw him on screen. Ordered :happy:

A classic, it's good news that Arrow have this and it will be a 4k Remaster, I never got around to buying this, was considering the US version with the more complete extras but this is the one for me now.

Price was a bit steep for me.
Stuck an order in on the Arrow site yesterday using points I'd gotten from the previous sale, bringing the price down from €36 to €12.
That'll do nicely.

I must be the minority but I always fancy more physical goodies then digital

Could have given us The Philiosphy Of Time Travel replica or something
