Never heard of this one before. I presume that’s a typo on the quote, I’m guessing it’s supposed to say Slashing with a snigger!
It's correct US variant is snicker
UK spelling is snigger

It's a USA Film so the film quote uses US variant and also for other reasons as to why US spelling is different than UK
