Do take a photo of the weight printed on the shipping label just to protect yourselves from being accused of making false claims. Happened once with Kimchi long time back but thankfully the weight on the shipping label served as a solid proof that not all items were included in the package.

I just received my package. Only one copy inside when there is supposed to be two! Says 2x quantity on the package. Have emailed so will await response. Anyone else had an experience like this with Nova?

yes, same happened to me. i ordered 1-click package and one lenticular, but the lenti was missing. nova's CS asked me to send pictures of the box as a proof (because of the weight, which is supposed to be 1280g for the one-click.)
well, my package states "weight: 300g" and "items: 2", so pretty much worthless. i got confirmation though that i'll receive the missing lenti with my next shipping.

i hope you manage to sort it out too, buddy!

what i can confirm is, that they seem to mark ANY international package (at least the 2 i received lately) with "300g" no matter if the box contains 1 or 3 steelbooks.

yes exactly. they said i should provide pictures of the received goods including shipping box, they expected to say either 1280g (for 3) or (estimated) 1580g for 4 items.
but mine contained 3 items, and says "300g" and "items: 2".

I was worried something like this might happen when the shipping notices went out and people were getting more or less than they expected. If they make good on my order I'll still be a loyal customer, mistakes happen!

This happened to me too. I've already received my (2) Lenticular copies in one shipment, but my order for (2) Full Slips are being sent separately. The first copy shipped and around 4 days later, Nova emailed me saying they caught the mistake and have shipped the second copy. So don't worry, this seems like something normal for this release.

I'm still waiting for my 2 separate orders (Separate Parcels) to arrive in Ireland tracking has not updated from last scan at Incheon Airport

I know its Christmas but it should have arrived in Ireland by now as last scan was on the 9th of Dec at Incheon
I could understand delay happening at Dublin Mail Centre for despatch of mail to my local sorting office in Co Meath but its not been scanned yet that its arrived in Ireland

I wonder have Dublin Mail Centre have not bothered to scan its arrival and its just left to be done after Christmas

In my opinion all tracked parcels should be scanned when its picked off the Aircraft in the destination it has arrived and then scanned again when its been collected by postal service centre

So don't worry, this seems like something normal for this release.

Truly though it shouldn't be normal. The occasional error is bound to happen when dealing with alot of stock sure, but it seems many orders have been affected in this way. A friend of mine also told me she was missing part of her order and was trying to get in touch with Nova some days ago with still no reply. They aught to slow down and deliver a service that one would expect from a co-design job with an outfit like PA who are known for their excellent service.

That's not the actual weight of the package. At least for every K-Packet I've received, it's printed on the bottom left corner of the address label, e.g., K-PACKET (1070g, 24880WON) 2014.12.08 SEONGNAM. Look for "small print"
