After Plain Archive did such a great job with I Saw the Devil it'll be interesting to see what they come up with slip wise for Drive, another PET with title on would look awesome.

Pass for me if back of j-card is only in English like they did with Nova Choice EOT... description of movie back (j-card/slip)description should be written in Korean so it feels like we are buying a Korean steel and not just a title in Korean in front.

I still think it would look cool if they made a lenticular with the art of this steel. The colors are so vibrant they would just pop. Those neon lights would be amazing.

but don't you find this disappointing that EOT their nova choice back artwork of the slip is only in English ? I've always gotten description in Korean when purchased a steel for Korea... why did they put only english ? also how was the lenticular back artwork of the slip for Lone Survivor, is it also fully in english again ? or their exclusive line they write the description in Korean like it should be ?

I'm just shocked I am buying a Korean Release, I want it to feel this way, why all in English ? or it was just EOT No.02

LS, lenti, back:

Ok that really sucks, they only write the title once in Korean on front of the slip and they call that a Korean release ? I'm not looking fwd to getting my copy, feels like I am buying UK copies from Nova Media

Thanks Spass for the picture, once I get my steels from Nova they will be the last purchased... it just amazed me that they don't do a Korean description on the back slip, I buy taiwan release because it's all in Chinese, I buy Korean releases because it's mostly Korean written on the release, now Nova looks more like a US?UK company to me the way they did Lone Survivor lenti and EOT 1/4 slip...I just feel like I wasted my money

Sorry you feel that way buddy. Personally don't care what is on the jcard as all I am interested in is the actual steelbook! So Novamedia all the way if they give us exclusive steels or exclusive lenticular slip!

I prefer English text. After all, I don't speak Korean.

but the point of getting a Korean Release is to get that slip that is written in Korean, if not why not buy the UK or US one since it's gonna be a same or similar J-card ! I don't speak Korean also, but if I want to read the description I'll look at my US once or IMDB the point is that it's a Korean release, it should be written in Korean... what about the people in Korea buying those steels, they also sell domestic, what if they don't speak english... China is in Chinese, taiwan is in Chinese, Blufans is in Chinese, Japan releases are written in japanse(j-card) Korean releases have always had Korean descriptions, why all of sudden only english for a Korean release ? and once you open it it's almost always WWA so the inside is in english, so you get your english part once you open a steel(most of the time)

I hear you point. I feel it. But this is even better than UK because there is no nasty rating logos

I don't buy a Korean release unless there is something unique like WWE art or a lenticular slip.

I'm glad you understand what I mean, Imagine getting a Blufans release and back description would have no chinese only all english, it would not feel like a blufans release(chinese release).. we buy and pay extra to get a specific country release, and so far always had the country language on the j-card...first time I get a Korean release and back artwork is not in Korean...

yes agree it's a beautiful slip looking at it from the front, but looking at the sealed copy from the back it feels like something bought at Target !(not putting down Target using as an example)

I hear ya bud. But sometimes you have to let go and make compromises. End of the day what would prefer more - quality WEA Asian steelbook with English jcard or a crap subpar finish US version. You may be disappointed with English text but it really is not a deal breaker considering the kind of steelbook you get. Also quality and artwork defines Blufans steelbook not Chinese text. Chinese writing just says it's from China. That's it.
