What is their packaging like?

I don't know buddy. Never ordered Steelbooks from them. Normal Amarays comes in Paperslips. Hope they got some brain there :bored:

Yes. Same company all 3 only different names.

do they not do the guaranteed lowest price for pre-order like Amazon US?

Yes always and I never have to request it, it is always done automatically... but since this german amazon does not have an english version, I didn't want to take the chance so I cancelled my order placed yesterday and just reordered it...

Every Amazon site offers the option to write to them in English. You have to go through the help button, choose "Contact us" and an order item. One of the points within the Drop Down menu where you can choose which issues you have is "write to us in English"

Hope this helps in the future.

Best wishes,

Michael

So, what's with the release date on this one? It can't really be coming out in December, can it?

it is common for releases that have no release date yet set in stone(ie: but will be within a couple of months) for the retailer to put end of year date ''as a temporary date'', but once studio/distributor announces the release date it is modified to the correct one.

It is basically a way to get more orders in early, as opposed to waiting for a release date to be announced in order to put it as Pre-order...

Amazon does such strategy also on movies that are still in theatre, they offer already the Pre-order to customers even though it is still playing on the big screen, and have no release date yet. They do this frequently.
