It is a US Disney Movie Club exclusive collectable card. They were given away free with orders of Nemo but unfortunately if you want to make a magnet using it now the going rate on ebay is around $15.

I had the 5 disc 3D Finding Nemo Amaray and the Zavvi steelbook. I am into Lenticular magnet steelbooks now, so I cannibalized the Lenti slip and made my own magnet. The size of the magnet doesn't fit exactly, but I still like the look.

OR you can buy self adhesive magnet strips. Like I did for my Frozen one

So glad you decided to chime in. Yes I understand you're not a wind chime. @thewoe , I glued an adhesive magenetic sheet to the lenticular. I got the sheets for $15 for a 10-pack of 5" x 7" sheets from Amazon.
