Robot Devil? Odd choice. Why not Zoidberg?

They seem to make odd choices sometimes with pops I mean why did they make the gentlemen in the Buffy set instead of like Xander, Giles, etc?

In the american horror story coven set they didn't do any of the main girls but papa legba got a pop? Sometimes they make strange decisions
