Can anyone confirm whether or not these Bestbuy steelbooks (including previous versions) are Region A or Region FREE?

I know the UK ones are Region Free but these Bestbuy ones says Region A on the back but wondering if that is accurate or not.

If anyone can please confirm this information that would be very helpful.
