Call me crazy but I love it. Embossing would be nice but without the gloss it fits the grittier feel of the movie

Harsh. To each his own I guess. Looks exactly like the concept art so if anyone liked that I don't see why they wouldn't like this. I'm having trouble understanding how gloss alone would solve any issues. I have both this and the FP preordered, so I'll have to see what they look like in person.

Going by the Photos its a matte finish so I suppose its going to be a matte finish worldwide

I liked the film, and I couldn't face buying a steelbook with the huge 3D on the front like the UK one, so glad I went for this. The photos make it look better than the video, although at the same time it kinda looks like a standard "wave" steelbook.
