i just received my first order from gouduo.com. they provided tracking number (not that helpful, but still...) and they had excellent packing.

Packing:
1. heavy duty bubble wrap around items
2. heavy duty bubble wrap around all bubble wrapped items
3. with newspaper for filler
4. in thick cardboard box

i was also VERY happy to find metal pak...
1. sealed in plastic
2. protected by plastic gouduo sleeve
3. wrapped in plastic (torn, but still...)

i am very happy with my first purchase from them

I love those gouduo protective sleeves. I wish more steelbook retailers would do the same as it would greatly reduce damages during transit.

Try using google chrome, it will allow you to translate the language to English.

Postage costs not cheap - For 8 steelbooks - 530 RMB

My Order status is now showing "Orders have been abandoned" !!!

Logically this means cancelled I would have thought, however I have had no email since placing the order and no refund from PayPal...

Yep, I'm waiting for a reply, but it's only working during normal working hours so will probably have to wait until Monday
