SO! I decided to upgrade from my Onkyo HTIB in mid December, and caught a Harmon Kardon AVR 1710 on sale and went with it. All was well for about 2 weeks then all/most of the HDMI ports started acting up, some would only have sound, others only picture, and some with nothing at all, so I returned it to the store and bought a Pioneer vsx-1123 to replace it. Now, after about 3 weeks of everything going fine I am having similar problems, some ports not working at all others going in and out and swapping from "stereo" to "PCM" every few seconds. I changed my cable and tried another port on the TV and it didnt help. The next day, everything is working again on the Pioneer....any ideas? Maybe I have bad luck?
