Lakeshore Records has recently been teasing a vinyl reissue of the Hellraiser score, and we’re excited to exclusively reveal the artwork and full release details today.

Christopher Young‘s long out of print score has been remixed and remastered for the Hellraiser 30th Anniversary Collector’s Edition vinyl release, painstakingly so from the Original 24 Track, 2 Inch Analog Master Session Tapes.

The Single LP Gatefold Release also includes digitally restored original artwork and photography from the film’s archives. Furthermore, the 4-color printed disc sleeve features the long lost original theatrical sales sheet.

The record itself is 140g Multi-Colored Translucent Red with Black Smoke Vinyl

This new 30th anniversary release is a 100% purchase
Remastered from the Original 24 Track, 2 Inch Analog Master Session Tapes.

It depends. But Christopher Young did an epic score for this.
He made a low budget film look HUGE.
His style (and this particular score) was copied a LOT.

Someone is excited about the Hellraiser 30TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION! Thanks to @cultofmonster for this great photo! Album to be released on Digital formats Friday September 15th on the 30th Anniversary of the 1987 opening weekend date. Vinyl release in Stores on Friday Oct 6th. All versions are remixed and remastered from the original 24 Track, 2 Inch Analog Reel to Reel Session Tapes that have been overseen and approved by composer Christopher Young. The artwork features digitally restored photography and artwork from the archives! More news and announcements coming our partners at Mondo on their own vinyl edition.
