Hot Toys collectibles in the UK

Hi guys, had a look through the site but couldn't find any details on this.

I'm looking for a UK based supplier for the Hot Toys collectibles. I know 'ForbiddenPlanet' do them, but I have had trouble with them in the past and I was just wondering if any members had other sources?

Thanks.

I found this, I'll keep updating the list if I find more.

Lol no problem!

@wreck - sometimes they have them at good prices, but then sometimes they are from private sellers selling at 200% original price. I would look at Amazon for newer figures or possibly leave it for last resource.

I would mostly look to having it ordered to a US resident and have them re-route. :naughty:

I dunno that's a huge investment to have to ship to the UK. It would be pricey plus weight, size, and tracking you would likely be looking at 40 or 50 in shipping. Then the customs claim would end up with them having to pay custom fees. I'm sure we can claim 50 USD but if the package gets lost the USPS would only give you back 50 lol so there's lots that could go wrong man :p

Just saying

Yeah I would definitely rather go with a UK supplier.

I'm looking at getting the Captain America, Thor, Iron Man and Hulk figures to go along with my steelbooks. Delivery from the USA to the UK would be $64 (each) then the tax import charges, where-as I can go along to a store at get it in hand for £160.

I didn't know my city had a forbidden planet until today, I popped in (even though I'm not a massive fan of their company) and they said If i preordered each figure, they would give me a £20 discount on each figure! Can't complain with that really :)
