Hello all Group Buyers,
In order to keep the Group Buys Forum organized for you, the HDN Staff and members of the community, please remember to do the following for each Group Buy.
1) When posting a 'New' Group Buy, add [OPEN] to the front of the title.
2) Once you are no longer accepting reservations, please add [CLOSED] to the title and use the 'report' function (little caution sign in the first post (under your own screen name, scroll down), to report the thread and ask for 'CLOSED' to be added to your thread (at the Master Title level which only mods can edit).
3) Once all items have been shipped, please add [COMPLETED] to the title and do the same as # 2, so that we can lock the threads, and they don't get bumped anymore.
Thanks for your help in helping members see the status of your buys, at a glance, and allowing the Group Buy forum to stay organized, given the increased # of Buys.
