According to bluray-disc.de, it looks like this will not be re-released at all.

According to the Media Markt website it will be re-released in July for only 14,99€

"Exclusive" refers to Media Markt being the exclusive retailer in that particular country, tha is releasing that art work at a specific time. And even still in the past Amazon.de and other German retailers have carried MM exclusives later on. It's the studio's discretion to make it available elsewhere later. The exception is a WEA which means World Exclusive Art-no other retailer or country has that same art. Even still the studio can always decide to release the same art elsewhere later-it is always their final decision.
