Mine hasn't arrived yet... after a month and a lots of steps, it's still at the Chinese customs since the 18th of Nov... my patience is being tested, and I hope that eventually it will arrive, that's the most important thing!! Fingers crossed :(

Does anyone have any idea what happened here? These are the four last actions in my tracking timeline:

Oct 16: Departure at origin country (Beijing)
Nov 14: Export customs cleared (Amsterdam) (I live in the Netherlands!)
Nov 18: Import security scan (Beijing Office of Exchange)
Nov 18: Import customs scan (Beijing Office of Exchange)

Does this mean that the package got to Amsterdam, but that they then send it back to Beijing?
Or is it still in Amsterdam, and I'm reading follow-up actions back in Beijing on the 18th of Nov?

I'd read that as the package was in Beijing at the time of the last update but has been registered with Amsterdam customs to arrive with them shortly. So, like a pre-shipping notification if you will.

My boxset hasn't moved since the 18th of Nov.. (The tracking) It has been two months since shipping, are chances getting smaller and smaller everyday that it will be processed correctly? Anyone experience in this? It was just a lot of money and I LOVE this boxset... :(

The tracking does not look good. Did you contact @wxlinkswd ?

The box set was my latest asian steelbook edition and I just love that gorgeous thing! It's not only the latest but also probably my last edition of Interstellar, what brings me to the one and only question: open it or not? I'd really love to because of the TARS card and the beautiful slipcovers, but when it's open once, it's open for good... :D
