If I had to guess, I'd guess the Neo Pack is Walmart's answer to Best Buy's Magno case. The fold out case where there are no disc hubs, as the discs are held in magnetically. That's my guess. ASM was a BB Magno Case:

**Update- Yup. The Magnetic cases go under the names NEO, MAGNO, and DIAMOND LUXE.

Just a clarification about the "Magno" Case. It's exclusive to Sony Pictures, not Best Buy. Warner Bros has their own version called the "Diamond Luxe Edition". Also, the Magno case closes by magnets, which is where "Magno" comes from.
