They saw how well the last stealth suit version sold and I imagine they decided to try cash in that idea again.
I guess they also over produced the die-cast Mark III so they need some way of off-loading them
I'm a fan of the dark suits (MKIV secret project & MKVII stealth suit) but HT have really got the colour scheme wrong on this one
