I ordered WW from them to the UK. It came in a box and was packaged securely. This was a first from them however because I've had them send me things in jiffy bags in the past. that was a while ago though. Hopefully the boxes are a new thing for international shipping.

Those specs are for UHD discs (UK and USA share the very same disc).
On UHD french discs there are ENG/FRA tracks only (plus NED subs), as well as on standard BD

3D disc features (UK/GER/FRE/SPA share the same 3D discs):

SPA/THAI: DD5.1
and SCAND/NED subs

Why should you? ENG track on UK BD is DolbyAtmos on Dolby True HD 7.1 core, while on FRE disc is DolbyAtmos on DolbyDigital+ core
Very bad.....
