For Lenti A it is a Booklet that you see on the Mockup being shown at different angles. It is the same type of Booklet as The Martian and UNCLE.
None come with a slip for Cards.

Fullslip only includes the 4 Character Card, No booklet.

Have to resort to such things when one's mind can't decide.

Interstellar box set was $145 inclusive of all fees but, of course, it only had 1 lenti and 1 full slip. Did have the film's soundtrack, though.

It's exactly the folder for the booklet and postcards, they been doing that since T1 I believe.
I been told that all versions will come with a folder to house those extras, not 100% certain tho.
