I've been refunded £20.38, not the full amount but I'm happy. Adding import duties minus shipping and this refund the order works at £54.58, which is better than £65.92 I originally paid.

I don’t even know how a coa works obv didn’t get one when he signed it as was at the premiere
You can compare it with grading comics. You send your copy to them. They grade, and if signed, check if it’s someone’s authentic signature. You will get the copy sealed back with a grade and certificate. The details can be checked online.

To be honest, if you don’t get it certified, it really has no (signed) value. Anyone can just draw something on it and say it’s signed by someone. You have a better chance when the signing event is live captured on photo. But the before and after together with the signer must be on photo.
Some people just put a photo of signing event with it, giving the impression it was really signed there.

Oh, and yes, you can definitely question if those certifying companies do their job properly.
