"Shortly after Guardians of the Galaxy hit theaters, we theorized that Loki’s weapon could very well be the mind stone, and while we can’t say for sure if it is or not, we now know that it is one of the six sources of power the Mad Titan will posses when he wrecks havoc on Earth’s Mightiest. This means that four out of the six gems have been showcased in the MCU so far (Tesseract, scepter, aether, and the orb from Guardians), so we’ll only have a couple left to uncover as we make our way through Phase 3."

screenrant seems to think so, despite their rather contradictory phrasing.

I'm not surprised that Inhumans has been bumped. After all, when it was originally scheduled, Ant-Man & Wasp and Spider-Man: Homecoming never existed. It was obviously going to get bumped after those were announced... Marvel can only do so much at one time.

That said, I still believe that the Inhumans will show up in the second half of Infinity War to help save the day and that's what will lead them into their own film.
