Mine arrived in the UK on 28th October but haven't had an update since. Anyone else arrive around this time have any movement/delivery? Starting to get a little worried as I havent even had a RM ransom note asking for customs payment!

There are many copies with issues. If this was Zavvi there would have been a huge outcry. Not sure how Kimchi handles complaints but AFAIK they seem to be slow in responding to customers who paid instantly apparently due to lack of sleep which is not a good excuse IMO.

Not defending Kimchi at all. However I don't see the widespread issues you talk about. Seen a couple but for the most part many are happy with the release. On the retailer thread there are 2 issues one of which has been taken care of. The difference is that Zavvi issues are always widespread. Here we have a complaint here and there so not sure why there would be an outcry

they respond slower to constant complainers.

and flaws, huge slash marks, and minor imperfections of kimchi releases are acceptable. zavvi crap will not be tolerated.

when zavvi is ready to step up it's game, we'll start looking the other way on the little stuff.
