Netflix buys Scots comic book firm Millarworld

A Scottish comic book company has been bought by streaming giant Netflix.

Millarworld, founded by Mark Millar from Coatbridge, includes his portfolio of characters and stories such as Kick-Ass, Kingsman, and Old Man Logan.

This is great news! We could be seeing Kick-Ass + Kingsman made for the small screen in a few years

What do you reckon? I think it's a good match up...Better than going with a major studio.

It should be great. Lots of cool characters in millarworld. Hopefully they get nice budgets to do these things properly. I think all the artists and creative's at Millarworld are shareholders in the company and will all be PAID.
