Unless they Asked for a re-rating. The Steelbook has a longer Feature Time aparently, nur maybe a mistake of amazon

Yeah, Amazon also lists NSM Records as the label who released the uncut version. The cut release is from Sunfilm.

Unless there's a confirmed cover we won't know for sure...

It appears as if the Steelbook will indeed feature the uncut version of the film!

Unless they changed the law recently, which I doubt, all films in Germany have to go through the FSK, just as all films in the UK have to go through the BBFC or, quite simply they don't get released.
