First of all, thank you for contacting.
Your Nova Point will be alright, but we can't remember exactly how many did you have it.
Renewal is very challenging thing, so moving all of the customers information processing is quite slow.
We'll carry on your point as soon as possible.

On another note, having issues logging into the Nova site, dont think I signed in since the upgrade and now ask for a username or something, I thought you just used your email last time? Tried scouring my emails but cannot find anything to suggest I made a username for my account, anyone help with this?

On the login screen select 'Forgot ID' and your user name will be shown (first part of email address). The temporary login password was 'admin0607'. There was an alert on the homepage but this may not appear now.
