Watched the first film again during the week. I love it. (And the 3D is great in it too!)
But looking at the clips/trailers of this new one, it looks pretty sh*t
A teenage girl running amok in a Jaegaer WTF? What happened to the drift? Compatibilty? Everything that the first film stood for has been thrown out it seems.
Looks like they've aimed this sequel solely at teens

Very nice! I love wraparound artwork, so I'm kinda disappointed I didn't come up with that one.

Pacific Rim 4K looks and sounds stunning. It is really a show-off disc. Hoping this one is done properly although I am not sure why the director didn't prefer 1.85:1 like the first one.

I have seen the movie, not as good has the first at all... Flushing almost 95% of the cast of the first film was a really bad idea...
