"We already have the rights for ZERO DARK THIRTY and FOXCATCHER. We just want to show Megan our Blu-ray packages of Annapurna's films. :) Of course, We hope she likes them."

Force Majeure was such an amazing film. Extremely disappointed the Academy didn't even respect it with a nomination for best foreign film.

I haven't seen Ida yet, but it must be absolutely stunning if it beat Force Majeure to the golden globe.

To think that Force Majeure didn't receive a nomination for best foreign language film only serves to undermine the award in my opinion. How can this film not win, nevermind not get a nomination!!

I would love PA to release a horror film.

I was devastated when they weren't able to obtain rights to It Follows. I would have killed for that movie from Plain.

I saw a movie from a film festival earlier this year, and it was amazing. Such a great modern horror, with a huge throwback to 70's horror. I don't think it's had a wide release yet, but they have amazing poster art for it. I think it would go great in Plain's lineup.

Maybe 'It Follows'?

Plain had posted many times about how much they loved that movie. However, they stated they lost out on the rights to distribute it in Korea. They did mention it will be getting a very nice release from another company though. So I'm wondering if it's going to be Nova/Kimchi/Blu Collection/INFO/D'ailly/etc.

Would love to see them release Monsieur Lazhar. Probably wouldn't make for a good steelbook (would prefer amaray with slip), but I think it would fit in well with their general choice of films...

MAGNOLIA. Please god make this happen!

Edit: at this point I would be happy for anyone to release this. We get so many rerelease and this genius film gets nada!

Saw them post the poster for Hunger (Steve McQueen) on Instagram a few days ago... would love to see them do a release for that. And also Kumiko The Treasure Hunter.
